Refunds or replacements will only be provided under the following conditions:
The product arrives damaged during shipping.
The product has clear manufacturing defects (e.g., structural faults, incomplete print, or severe surface issues that affect functionality).
Requests for refunds must be made within 5 (five) days of delivery, accompanied by photo evidence of the damage or defect.
We do not offer refunds for:
Minor surface variations or imperfections that do not affect the item’s function (this is common with 3D printing).
Change of mind or incorrect purchase.
Damage caused by mishandling after delivery.
